The hotel was located in a side street which was a bit scary at night, but it offered a convenient base to explore the city. the restaurant, although expensive, provided a lovely dining experience. I also appreciated the option to buy breakfast from a nearby take-away and enjoy it on my balcony every morning.
The cleanliness of the bathroom left much to be desired and the towels had frayed edges, giving the impression they weren't very clean.

This hotel was perfect for my city break vacation! the location was unbeatable, just steps away from all the main attractions and with easy access to public transportation. the room was comfortable and clean with all the necessary amenities. I especially enjoyed the daily complimentary breakfast buffet and the friendly staff who always greeted me with a smile.
The walls were a bit thin and I could hear some noise from the neighboring rooms. the check-in process was a bit disorganized with long lines and slow service.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are affordable and competitive, especially considering the convenient location on a quiet street in New Kingston. The staff members are attentive and provide great service, taking care of all your needs during your stay. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, and the rooms themselves are spacious and come with little balconies, perfect for enjoying the serene surroundings. Another highlight is the breakfast included in the stay, which is not only delicious but also caters to different dietary preferences, with options for vegetarians like myself.
All aspects of my stay at this hotel were satisfactory.

The location of this hotel was perfect for my Christmas getaway. It was situated in a prime area, close to shopping malls and restaurants. Plus, the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions, which was a convenient perk.
There were a few negatives during my stay. the room decor felt outdated and could use some refreshing.
